Acceptable Usage Policy

Phoenix Telecom reserves the right to temporarily suspend any Services with prior written notice to the CUSTOMER if it reasonably suspects that the CUSTOMER is engaged in activities that may disrupt or harm Phoenix Telecom's network or facilities.
Phoenix Telecom provides its services on the condition that the CUSTOMER will not knowingly use the services for any unlawful purposes. Phoenix Telecom reserves the right, with advance written notice to the CUSTOMER and reasonable time for remediation, to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any services, in whole or in part, and take other appropriate actions to minimize the risk of fraud and protect both Phoenix Telecom and the CUSTOMER, if it determines or reasonably suspects: (i) fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Phoenix Telecom account; (ii) an unusually high volume of calls on the Phoenix Telecom account within any twenty-four (24) hour period; (iii) that the services are being used in violation of any applicable law. Phoenix Telecom will collaborate with the CUSTOMER to assess the validity of any such activity.
